I am a film photographer based in Wilmington, North Carolina. I found capturing life in still images so fascinating. Originating from Winston- Salem; growing up, I never thought photography or the film industry was a career that people could do. Much less a child of immigrants. At the age of 20, I moved to Wilmington to study the language of Cinema. Since then, I have travelled the all over the US for jobs and worked on amazing sets that a younger me would have never imagined. I bought my first film camera when I was in Virginia for a commercial. I became intrigued with the idea of physical images and the magic of celluloid. I have always approached photography in a documentarian style, as I believe authenticity is the of heart of my images.
